• Effectively manage table setups and table turnover in accordance with service standards.
• Demonstrate a proactive service approach by identifying guests' individual needs and expectations in advance.
• Execute the billing process in a transparent and accurate manner, in compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure the continuous maintenance of high hygiene, safety, and discipline standards in the service area.
• Support the preservation of brand standards by overseeing the visual presentation (merchandising) of products and services.
• Ensure that the cleanliness and presentation quality (polishing) of service equipment (glassware, tableware, etc.) are maintained at a high level.
• Listen carefully to guest complaints and feedback, resolve them with a professional approach, and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Build effective cooperation within the team and carry out the tasks assigned by the cafe manager and shift supervisor in a prompt and accurate manner.
