Job Description
Location: Koroglu, Heydar Aliyev Ave. 189A Work schedule: 6 working days per week Salary: 450-550 AZN The salary is determined based on the interview.

Receive incoming calls to the Call Center and register them in the internal system

Forward registered requests in a timely manner and make follow-up calls when necessary
jobs.requirements
Secondary education (Higher education is an advantage)

Work experience (1 to 3 years)

Ability to communicate with customers

Ability to work in a team

Must be responsible, patient, and stress-resistant

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
