Job Description
Technomen LLC is looking for a Sales Manager specializing in the sale of IT and innovative technological solutions. Our company provides complex solutions for corporate clients: parking management systems, IP telephony/mini PBX, intercom and security systems (cameras, turnstiles, barriers, access control), IT infrastructure development, website creation, and other technology services. Working conditions Location: Baku Work schedule: 6 days a week (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–14:00) Salary: Fixed salary + sales bonus Official employment contract Career advancement and professional development opportunities (training, participation in real projects) Interested candidates can send their CVs to the email address hr@technomen.az.
jobs.responsibilities
Searching for new clients, establishing connections, and organizing active sales (calls, meetings, presentations)

Identifying customer needs, conducting preliminary analysis of the facility, and proposing suitable solutions

Presenting services to corporate and individual clients (demo/presentation)

Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating prices, and participating in the contract process

Organizing meetings and managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing

Working with the existing customer base, providing repeat sales and service-oriented offers

Fulfilling monthly sales plans and providing brief reports on results to management

Building a customer database and ensuring accurate registration/updating in the CRM system
jobs.requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or technical sales experience is an advantage)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Result-oriented, responsible, and ability to build long-term relationships with customers

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/Word)

Active, flexible, and open to learning and development

Driving license and personal vehicle are an advantage.
