MrMax Real Estate Agency is looking for active and communicative Real Estate Agents

Conditions:
Work schedule from 10:00 to 18:00, full-time

NO FIXED SALARY
50–60–70 percent of the commission earned from sales

Responsibilities

Organizing meetings with clients and conducting negotiations regarding the sale, purchase, or lease of apartments, houses, land, or commercial properties

Attracting new clients

Presentation and advertising of real estate properties

Participation in the contract process

Collection of buyer and seller information

Selection of properties based on client needs

Requirements

Communication and sales skills

Being responsible and goal-oriented

Fluent in Azerbaijani

Experience is preferred; training is provided for those without experience

Being active and open to learning

Teamwork, information, and experience sharing

Higher education is preferred.
