Medical Promotion Representative Company: Orzax / BioHerbalBaku / Location: Baku Age range: 25 – 40 / Work schedule: Full-time (field work) Established in 2004, Orzax is an international brand operating in over 50 countries today with scientifically proven food supplements produced in accordance with international standards. Over the last 7 years, Orzax has maintained its leadership position in the OTC (over-the-counter) segment in Turkey, proving the effectiveness of its physician-oriented and science-based strategy through market results. BioHerbalBaku LLC, the official representative of the Orzax brand in Azerbaijan, operates with a professional medical strategy that prioritizes the scientific and clinical recommendation of products by physicians. In this context, we are looking for a Medical Promotion Representative to join our team. Purpose of the position: The Medical Promotion Representative is responsible for promoting Orzax products to physicians on a scientific basis and is the direct executor of the medical strategy in the field. jobs.responsibilities
Presenting the scientific and clinical advantages of Orzax products to target physicians (neurologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, general practitioners, etc.) in the assigned region in a focused and consistent manner, in accordance with product priorities.
Executing planned visits according to the target physician list determined by the company and maintaining daily records of activities.
Answering scientific questions and addressing objections from physicians based on international sources and evidence.
Preparing and delivering presentations based on scientific articles and clinical studies.
Systematically reporting medical feedback received from physicians to the central office.
Actively participating in training sessions and scientific meetings.
Working in coordination with the sales (pharmacy) team.
jobs.requirements
Education (relevant majors): Higher education in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or other health/biological sciences.
Experience:
Candidates without experience: Individuals with a genuine interest in scientific topics, openness to self-development, and psychological readiness to work with doctors.
Experienced candidates: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical promotion or a related field.
Other requirements:
Professional communication skills with doctors.
Ability to understand and explain scientific texts.
Suitability for a mobile work schedule.
MS Office proficiency.
Language skills (English or Russian) are an advantage.
