Pharmacy Sales Representative

BioHerbalBaku LLC, the official representative of the Orzax brand in Azerbaijan, operates with a structured sales strategy that ensures the proper positioning and stable sales of products in the pharmacy channel. In this context, we are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative for our team. Objective of the position: The Pharmacy Sales Representative is a field employee who ensures the availability, correct shelf presentation, and sale of Orzax products in pharmacies. This position works exclusively with pharmacies and is the direct executor of the sales strategy in the field. Conducting planned and regular visits to pharmacies in the assigned region
Collecting orders from pharmacies, meeting sales targets, and entering daily visits and sales activities into the system
Adding new pharmacies to the portfolio and building long-term cooperation with existing ones
Ensuring proper shelf visibility and availability of products in pharmacies
Implementing campaigns, promotions, and sales incentive activities in pharmacies
Monitoring pharmacy stocks and reporting shortages in a timely manner
Monitoring and reporting on the pricing and campaign activities of competitor products
Working in coordination with the medical and sales (pharmacy) team

Education: Minimum secondary vocational education is required; higher education is considered an advantage.
Experienced candidates: minimum 2 years of experience in the OTC field.

Other requirements:
Effective and result-oriented communication skills with pharmacies.
Adaptability to a mobile work schedule.
Language skills (English or Russian) are an advantage.
