- Must manage and organize the general production activities of the manufacturing facility

- Must plan and ensure quality standards and safety regulations in a timely manner

- Must prepare accurate reports on the daily work performance of subordinates

- Production activity reports must be prepared and submitted on time

- Must constantly monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, product manufacturing technology, and raw material usage standards

- Must focus on the management of the master production schedule and operational budgets

- Must be comfortable making decisive decisions in high-pressure situations, and choosing the next course of action through critical thinking and comprehensive analysis

- The smallest details, whether a design flaw in a product or a delay in the supply chain, can have a significant impact, and the Production Manager must be attentive to these and spare no effort to improve them

- Must prevent downtime of employees and equipment

- Male candidate aged 35-55
- Higher education in Engineering
- Work experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
- Must know the rules of proper communication and conduct with employees
- Knowledge of production organization and technology
- Must know occupational safety, technical safety, industrial sanitation and hygiene, and fire protection rules
- Must be knowledgeable about types of welding and understand which types are suitable for specific tasks according to their purpose
