Job Description
Workplace: Baku Work schedule: Full-time Salary: 1000–1500 AZN (based on experience)
jobs.responsibilities
Professional preparation and cooking of various types of steaks and grill products
Organization of the production process in the grill section, quality control, and service speed
Ensuring the timely preparation of food in accordance with standards
Participation in the development of grill menus suitable for Azerbaijani and Italian cuisines
Monitoring the taste, texture, degree of doneness, and presentation quality of dishes
Efficient use of food and non-food products, prevention of waste
Accurate calculation of raw material requirements and production planning
Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitary regulations
Monitoring product shelf life and storage conditions
Proper and safe operation of industrial kitchen equipment
Compliance with labor protection, technical, and fire safety regulations
Ensuring kitchen operations in accordance with HACCP standards
Full compliance with clean work attire and personal hygiene rules during work.
jobs.requirements
Education: Secondary vocational (in the culinary field)
Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in the culinary field
In-depth practical knowledge of steak and grill techniques
Familiarity with Azerbaijani and Italian cuisine
International culinary certificates are an advantage
Knowledge of food production technology and HACCP
High level of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work under pressure
