- Secondary vocational education (in the field of culinary arts)
- Experience in Italian cuisine
- Preparation of pasta dishes
- Special preparation and presentation of dishes to customers
- Experience in production management and team leadership in the chef profession
- Preference will be given to those with international diplomas or certificates in culinary arts
- Ensuring dishes are prepared on time with a high sense of responsibility
- Thorough knowledge of Azerbaijani cuisine and ability to create monthly menus
- Ability to calculate needs and use food and non-food items correctly without waste
- Ensuring prepared dishes are high-quality, healthy, and meet required hygiene standards
- Knowledge of storage durations and conditions for food products and prepared items
- Attention to ensuring all served food is healthy and compliant with nutritional standards
- Sensitivity to cleanliness and hygiene; full compliance with hygiene rules while preparing and serving food; use of clean work uniforms, hairnets, gloves, etc., at the workplace
- The kitchen is equipped with high-safety, easy-to-use, and easy-to-clean industrial kitchen equipment. Must be familiar with production organization technology in an industrial kitchen, ensure its efficient operation, and maintain strict control over its cleanliness
- Ability to work properly with electrical equipment, natural gas, and plumbing systems in the kitchen and dining area in terms of safety
