Preparation of official documents (orders, decisions, letters, etc.) on behalf of the Director and ensuring proper documentation.
Management, archiving, and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents.
Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates for relevant vacancies and presenting suitable candidates to management.
Receiving company representatives regarding partnership proposals and conducting initial meetings.
Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and monitoring the implementation of tasks.
Distributing the Director’s assignments to the relevant departments and tracking their execution.
Coordination of internal and external communication.
Data analysis, preparation of reports, and presentation to management.
Proposing initiatives for more effective organization of work processes within the company.
Execution of the Director’s daily tasks.
