Preparation of official documents (orders, decisions, letters, etc.) on behalf of the Director and ensuring proper documentation
Management, archiving, and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents
Conducting initial interviews for relevant vacancies and presenting suitable candidates to management
Receiving company representatives regarding partnership proposals and conducting initial meetings
Organization of meetings, minute-taking, and monitoring their execution
Distribution of the Director's assignments to relevant departments and tracking their completion
Coordination of internal and external communication
Data analysis, preparation of reports, and presentation to management
Putting forward initiatives for the more effective organization of work processes within the company
