* Identifying and attracting potential customers
* Organizing the rental process for the company-owned villa
* Identifying and attracting potential customers
* Establishing relationships and organizing cooperation with real estate rental managers
* Managing the villa rental process through real estate rental managers
* Conducting negotiations with customers and coordinating the rental process
* Preparing advertisements and presentation materials for the villa
* Finding new villas and rental properties, and conducting business trips to regions to research suitable villas
* Providing detailed information to customers about villa rental services
* Establishing active communication with customers via telephone, social media, and other channels
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and organizing reservations
* Building and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers
* Exploring sales opportunities to attract new customers
* Managing the sales process from start to finish
* Preparing daily and monthly sales reports
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the improvement of service quality

We are looking for a candidate:

An entry-level specialist, no experience required (we provide full training)

Who is fluent in languages, including Azerbaijani and Russian

Energetic and cheerful. Well, as you understand, it is sometimes really difficult without this. Attentive and diligent. A person for whom it goes without saying that instructions, rules, and tasks must be read, learned, and executed

Hardworking and passionate about their work. A person who is not afraid to spend an extra half hour on self-development to successfully complete the adaptation period.

There will be a mandatory test task and a probationary period.
