The company collaborates with leading international manufacturers such as GEZE, Novoferm, Hoppe, Simonswerk, RSA, Dr. Hahn, ABUS, and Ultraflex Control Systems, providing high-quality products and solutions for modern construction projects. AGZ LLC works closely with developers, architects, designers, and contractors in the construction sector. The company offers automatic doors, facade systems, ventilation and smoke extraction systems, fire-resistant doors and windows, partitions, as well as door and window accessories and other advanced solutions. It is known in the local market for its reliability, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships. In line with the company's development strategy, AGZ LLC is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced sales specialist to participate in large-scale projects and develop high-value B2B (and partially B2C) partnerships. Sales of premium construction systems to developers, contractors, and architects

Identification and development of new business opportunities in the construction sector

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Full management of the sales process (from lead stage to contract signing)

Preparation of customized commercial and technical proposals

Conducting presentations of products and solutions

Collaborating with the technical team to provide optimal solutions

Monitoring the market and identifying strategic opportunities
jobs.requirements
Minimum 1 year of work experience in B2B sales (experience in construction, engineering, or building materials is an advantage)

Work experience with developers, contractors, designers, or architectural firms

Successful track record in closing medium to high-value contracts

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand technical products and solutions

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluency in Azerbaijani is mandatory; conversational English is an advantage.
