Job Description
Company: International eSIM & Travel Tech project

Salary: 800 AZN + KPI bonus

Work schedule: 5-day work week

Workplace: Baku, office-based

Responsibilities
Management of advertising campaigns for Azerbaijan and 7 additional foreign countries

Setup, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok advertisements

Management of App Install campaigns to increase mobile application downloads

Optimization of sales-oriented conversion campaigns

Daily analysis of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPI

Efficient budget management and sales growth

Identification of funnel, landing page, and checkout conversion issues

Implementation of new creative tests, audience tests, and growth ideas

Submission of weekly performance reports
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads

Experience in managing advertising across multiple countries is an advantage

Experience in app install, e-commerce, and lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and conversion tracking

Analytical mindset and focus on results

Ability to work actively in an office team environment

Responsible, prompt, and proactive approach.
