- Working days: Monday - Friday (5 working days)

Responsibilities

- Investigation and prompt response to incoming inquiries and requests

- Establishment of the logistics chain and organization of cargo transportation

- Planning and booking of transport

- Calculation and submission of transport costs

- Verification of the accuracy of documents required for international transportation and customs purposes, and provision of necessary additional information

- Monitoring of market prices, research of foreign logistics companies, and risk assessment

Requirements

- Computer programs: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

- Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level) (high level of proficiency is required for building relationships with partners and for future career advancement)

- Must be self-development and research-oriented in the fields of logistics and sales

- Education: Bachelor's degree

- Sense of responsibility and presentation skills

- Communication skills

- Reliability and attention to detail.
