• Higher education in construction engineering or a related field (diploma is mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of actual work experience
• Ability to work with and understand AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Practical experience in project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations
• Responsible, proactive, and ability to work in a team
Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
• Individuals who have worked as a site engineer, project engineer, or estimator
• Those with experience in site management during tender processes
• Those capable of preparing commercial proposals, comparative analyses, and technical reports
• Those who can analyze material and labor costs according to real market conditions and prepare estimates
• Those with experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
• Those with a general technical understanding of construction, electricity, plumbing, mechanics, ventilation, drywall, painting, flooring, ceiling, and other areas of work
• Candidates skilled in controlling project budgets and optimizing costs
