• Higher education in construction engineering or a related field (diploma is required)
• Minimum 3 years of actual work experience
• Ability to work with and understand AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Practical experience in project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
Candidates will be preferred if they:
• Have worked as a site engineer, project engineer, or estimator
• Have experience in site management during tender processes
• Can prepare commercial proposals, comparative analyses, and technical reports
• Can analyze material and labor costs according to real market conditions and prepare estimates
• Have experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
• Have a general technical understanding of construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, ceiling, and other work areas
• Are skilled in project budget control and cost optimization
