Ensure that all security-related incidents are recorded in the logbook and submitted to management.
Conduct regular patrols in the lobby, hallways, guest rooms, and other public areas to verify the absence of security and fire risks.
Respond promptly to calls for assistance when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding the issuance of keys.
Supervise the proper implementation of security passes for guests, suppliers, contractors, and employees.
Perform duties professionally at assigned posts (entrance gate, control room, main entrance, etc.).
