Job Description
TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN is an ambitious distributor of IT solutions for corporate clients. We operate in the fields of Wi-Fi, unified communications, and cybersecurity, collaborating with leading vendors such as Sophos, MikroTik, Netgear, Tiandy, and others.

TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN is part of the TAKOPI GROUP.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (B2B, IT Security, Telephony, UC) to join our team to work with products in the following categories: network equipment, information security solutions, telephony, and unified communications.

We offer:
— Office-based work: Jalə Plaza/Avenue Veraj 140 Shamil Azizbeyov, Baku;
— Opportunities for professional growth and participation in the development of the company;
— Work schedule: Monday–Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;
— Fixed salary: $1000 + % of gross profit (excluding VAT).

The final income level depends directly on your results and the number of closed deals.

Responsibilities
- Active search for new partners;
- Development of B2B sales and promotion of the product portfolio among partners;
- Achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms;
- Participation in training events on company products.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Proficiency in Russian and the local language (oral and written communication);
- Experience in cold calling is mandatory (excluding inbound leads);
- Experience or understanding of the B2B market in IT Security, Telephony, or Unified Communications is an advantage;
- Willingness to learn new things;
- Understanding of the specifics of systems integration is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proven experience in corporate B2B sales is mandatory;
- Willingness to travel for short-term business trips.
