Branch Manager Vacancy – SME Branch

INTERNATIONAL BOKT OJSC announces a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager for its SME branch.

Work schedule:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 to 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 16:00
Salary: Negotiable + bonus (motivation system)

Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Provision of a corporate mobile number

Responsibilities
Management of the branch staff

Increasing the professional development and efficiency of employees

Development of new proposals for expanding the customer base

Management of the loan portfolio and supervision of financial operations

Introduction and organization of sales for concessional loan products for small and medium-sized business (SME) owners

Building long-term cooperation relationships with entrepreneurs

Analysis of the financial needs of SME clients and offering appropriate credit solutions.
Requirements
Higher or vocational education
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking, non-bank credit organization (NBCO), or pawnshop sector
Experience with SME loans and working with business clients is preferred
Management and leadership skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Sales and customer-oriented approach
