Responsibilities
- Greeting customers entering the store with a friendly attitude;
- Identifying customer requirements and needs;
- Implementing measures to promote products and increase sales;
- Searching for new customers;
- Increasing product sales in the domestic market;
- Conducting market research and performing sales analysis;
- Expanding the customer base;
- Collecting, analyzing, and submitting periodic sales reports to management;
- Searching for new customers, identifying potential clients, and establishing contact with them;
- Handling phone calls and posting advertisements on the website;
- Maintaining timely contact with customers provided by the company;
- Investigating and resolving issues that arise at the team's points of sale;
- Submitting periodic reports on sales and customers to management.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Candidates between 20-35 years old.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian and English are preferred.
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, is mandatory.
- Responsible, serious, and professional candidate.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- High level of verbal culture.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Conducting negotiations with clients, visiting properties and apartments to provide them with necessary products.
- Not suitable for students.
