Job Description

Sales Manager required for medicine and syringe factories

Workplace: Baku city
Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 9:00 to 18:00
Saturday is a short working day
Salary: Fixed salary + sales bonus

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

Attract new customers (pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, medical institutions, etc.).

Carry out product presentations and sales.

Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Collect customer complaints and suggestions and support their resolution.

Analyze competing companies' products, prices, and sales strategies.

Monitor new trends in the market.

Identify sales opportunities and new market segments.

Requirements

Higher education
Experience in the field of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or medical consumables is considered an advantage. Knowledge of sales and customer management principles.
Ability to conduct negotiations and conclude contracts.
Ability to conduct market research and sales analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
