Job Description
"Vizart" company is an official distributor of medical products and equipment for various fields of medicine in Azerbaijan. A comprehensive approach is the hallmark of our working style. We do not just sell medical equipment and consumables; we offer our clients integrated solutions in the field of ophthalmology: we supply a full range of medical equipment for ophthalmology clinics. The "Vizart" product portfolio also includes medical products for ophthalmology, contact lenses and care solutions, as well as measuring devices (tonometers, glucometers, nebulizers, and thermometers). Every year, our company's portfolio expands to meet customer needs to the maximum extent.

Your goal: To ensure effective promotion, develop the client base, and increase sales of medical products and equipment in the assigned territory.

Product portfolio: High-quality ophthalmological equipment, consumables, and intraocular lenses (IOL) from leading global manufacturers.

Conditions:

Position: Key Account Manager / KAM (Ophthalmological surgery segment)

• Salary: 1000 AZN fixed base salary + an attractive bonus system based on KPI performance;
• Work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Official employment in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan;
• Location: Comfortable and modern office in Baku (TEAM Plaza);
• Equipment: A work tablet is provided to ensure mobility and convenience;
• Training: Full introductory information and regular training on the company's products and technologies;
• Readiness for business trips (1–2 times per month).

Responsibilities
• Visit activity and promotion: Making regular visits to medical institutions, holding meetings with ophthalmic surgeons, ophthalmologists, and key decision-makers (DMs) to present company products.

• Development of long-term relationships: Building reliable and stable partnerships with key clients (clinics, public and private hospitals, medical centers).

• Conducting educational events: Organizing seminars, product presentations, and masterclasses for medical professionals.

• Commercial control: Formulating commercial proposals, managing client inquiries, and ensuring regular procurement of consumables.

• Market analysis and systematic approach: Managing the client database and interaction history in CRM (Bitrix 24), analyzing competitor activity, and preparing regular reports for the CEO.

• Achievement of performance targets: Meeting individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
• Excellent command of the Russian language is mandatory (knowledge of English is an advantage);
• More than 5 years of work experience in sales or with medical equipment is desirable (experience in ophthalmology is a significant advantage);
• A medical education is desirable;
• Excellent communication skills, high level of persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively memorize large volumes of complex technical information;
• High level of organization and responsibility.
