Order processing: Receiving customer orders via incoming calls or online platforms.

Information provision: Providing customers with accurate information regarding product ranges, prices, current promotions, and delivery terms.

System entry: Recording received orders into the internal software (system) accurately and promptly.

Coordination: Maintaining communication with relevant departments (warehouse, courier, or kitchen/production) to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.

Customer satisfaction: Responding patiently to questions that arise during the ordering process and resolving potential issues quickly.
