Job Description
Preferred candidates

Those with basic knowledge of MikroTik or Cisco;

Those with an initial understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);

Those who possess IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MTCNA, CCNA, etc.);

Those capable of reading technical documentation in English.
Responsibilities
Higher or incomplete higher education (IT field is an advantage);

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in system administration or technical support;

Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server;

Initial understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP;

Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) and TCP/IP;

Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs;

Ability to diagnose and configure computers and peripheral equipment;

Basic knowledge of Linux systems is considered an advantage;

Initial knowledge of PowerShell or Bash is an advantage;

Responsibility, efficiency, and ability to work in a team.
Requirements
Participate in the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems;

Provide technical support to users;

Assist in maintaining the operational status of computers, printers, and other equipment;

Participate in the initial-level management of network equipment (routers, switches, etc.);

Provide support for the creation and management of Active Directory user accounts;

Participate in the monitoring of file sharing and network resources;

Assist in the execution of backup processes;

Implement antivirus and security updates;

Participate in the identification and resolution of technical issues;

Document completed work.
