Manage and optimize network infrastructure (layers 2–3), including firewalls, switches, routers, APs, and controllers.
Lead the end-to-end planning and implementation of new office/data center networks or critical architecture changes.
Perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting regarding best practices for ACLs, VLANs, subnetting, and firewalls.
Provide management and high-level support for telecommunications providers, DNS, DHCP, corporate Wi-Fi systems, service desk tickets, structured cabling, and fiber optics.
Independently manage large network-related projects, such as automation and network refreshes, from start to finish and mentor relevant teams.
Document network configurations according to standards (rack layouts, port maps, CIDR ranges, VLANs, VPNs, switch configurations, routing tables, etc.).
Monitor and detect unauthorized changes to network settings.
Lead the deployment and configuration of new equipment for on-premise networks.
Plan and execute mass firmware updates for IP phones, PBX, switches, routers, APs, etc.
Ensure regular maintenance of configuration and image backups.
Possess advanced experience in the use and configuration of SD-WAN, VPN, and WAN technologies for multi-office, cloud, and on-premise integrated environments.
