- Higher education (in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering fields);

- Age limit up to 40 years;

- At least 3 years of work experience in a technical department;

- Possession of relevant knowledge regarding regulatory documents and technologies in the construction sector;

- Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility in work;

- Good communication skills, analytical ability;

- Computer skills: MS Office programs and AutoCAD;
