Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrator or manager in the restaurant or pub industry;
Ability to manage a team;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Turkish (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage);
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Turkish restaurants or those who are citizens of Turkey;
Responsible, disciplined, and possess leadership qualities;
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
