Job Description

Location: Hokmali settlement

The accountant will be primarily responsible for the preparation and submission of tax, social insurance, and statistical reports (SMMD), monitoring warehouse inventory inflow and outflow operations, maintaining proper accounting records, executing bank transactions, preparing and verifying primary documentation, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, as well as preparing financial reports as required by management.

Responsibilities

Maintain records of daily financial and accounting operations;
Prepare and verify primary accounting documents;
Execute bank transactions and payment orders;
Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities, the State Social Protection Fund, the State Statistical Committee, and other government agencies on time;
Prepare and submit VAT and other tax returns;
Monitor accounts receivable and payable;
Maintain records of production costs and participate in the calculation of cost of goods sold;
Prepare financial reports as requested by management.

Requirements

Male candidates;
Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
Experience as an accountant in a manufacturing company will be an advantage;
Knowledge of the tax and labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Ability to work independently with 1C (8.3) and MS Excel programs;
Analytical thinking, responsibility, and attention to detail.
