* Certifications: Possession of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or Fortinet NSE certifications is desirable;
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is an added advantage;
* Ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues based on root cause analysis, with a specific focus on Cisco and Fortinet devices;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and team members;
* Knowledge and management experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG and Zabbix.
Required knowledge and skills:
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, and VPN technologies;
* Work experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, FortiGate, and TP-Link network equipment;
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work in a team and effective communication skills;
* Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
* At least 13 years of work experience in the field.
Technical skills:
* Knowledge and work experience with NGFWs (PaloAlto);
* Knowledge and work experience with Local Traffic Manager (F5 BIG-IP LTM);
* Knowledge and work experience with Cisco SD-WAN technology (desirable);
* Knowledge and work experience with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, IOS-XE;
* Knowledge of wireless networks;
* Work experience with Unify controllers and access points;
* Knowledge of VoIP;
* Work experience with Zabbix and PRTG monitoring systems;
* TCP/IP;
* Routing and Switching protocols;
* English language (technical level).
