jobs.responsibilities
Monitoring the quality control process of products and ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with regulations

Monitoring the accuracy of the storage of raw materials and finished products in the company's departments and warehouses at all stages of the production process until they are shipped to customers

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with procedures, instructions, and sanitary-hygienic norms and rules

Conducting inspections regarding food safety and quality control

Executing relevant documentation related to AQTA (Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan)

Regularly preparing and submitting reports to the direct supervisor regarding activities

Informing the direct supervisor about non-conforming products.
jobs.requirements
Age limit: 25-45 years old

At least 3 years of work experience in the field of food safety

Certificate: Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 standards, having received training in this field, and holding relevant certificates is desirable.

Higher education (biology, food safety, medicine, etc.)

Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is required

Strong communication skills.
